Health and Safety Update
We are reaching out because there has been a lot of information in the news and on the internet regarding the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and people have expressed fears about being in public places. According to the CDC and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, currently the risk of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth is low; in contrast, the risk of flu is high.
We would like to reassure you that we are being proactive regarding the exposure and spread of the COVID-19 virus and other communicable diseases.
As always, we continue to wear personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, etc.) that not only protect staff but our patients as well.
We use state of the art equipment and techniques to sterilize instruments and handpieces. We strictly adhere to CDC and ADA protocols for cleaning and disinfection of surfaces.
For your safety and that of our staff, we ask that if you feel sick please call and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for this schedule change. Our team will also follow the same guidelines and will not report to work if they are not feeling well.
As always, we are happy to answer any questions you may have. Your well-being is our top priority.
Wishing you health and wellness!
